The Magic Bar is located on the atrium on deck three and offers some great music. The music includes something for everyone’s taste, whether it’s dance music, salsa music or live classical piano performances. The live performances are held on a stage which is suspended over the space. It is one of the largest bars on the ships and a great place to do a spot of people watching. Keep an eye out for their music trivia evenings, which is held by the cruise director himself, who manages to get the entire atrium singing along to Motown and 80s hits.

This pub which is located midship on deck five, was first debuted on this ship but have since become a Carnival Line staple. It is an L-shaped bar with festive kitschy island decor, tropical drinks in fishbowls, Carnival's own Thirsty Frog Red Ale, which you can buy in bulk for groups. It has live musicians performing a range of music genres but mostly reggae and country. Choose the patio area if you’d like to do some people watching while enjoying your drink or choose the outdoor area if you want to try one of their comfy swinging chairs.

This bar is located midship on deck five and is a firm Carnival cruise line favourite. It has a fun concept that the mixologists wear lab coats and create cocktails as prescriptions. They have some fantastic cocktails available and they also hold mixology lessons here, which is well worth attending.

This popular dance club is very popular with guests, especially late evening when the real party starts. They open quite late, at around 10:30pm and stays open until the early hours of the morning. You can expect music such as seventies and eighties hits as well as Latin-inspired tunes and nightclub hits hosted by a DJ. Smoking is permitted.

This beautiful piano bar is a great place to grab a drink. If you like singalongs, pull up a seat, order your favourite cocktail and let your friendly piano player know what you’d like to hear. The staff here is great, and the sets can go on until around 1 AM.

With the Caribbean chill of the RedFrog pub moving poolside with this rum bar, it’s a great place to enjoy a drink any time during the day and up to very late at night. Join the party to enjoy their great selection of frog-approved Caribbean rum-based concoctions, which you can buy by the glass or pitcher, plus plenty of Carnival’s signature own draft beer, ThirstyFrog Red.

The Showtime Theatre offers the Carnival Magic’s main Playlist Productions Shows, which are made up of thirty-minute song and dance revues. They also have magicians and host a variety of events like interactive game shows, bingo, seminars and dance classes are also held here.

This hilarious even takes place in the Spotlight Lounge, with four comedians, which each usually performs a family-friendly and adults-only set. Be warned that the adult comedy is not for the faint of heart. The Spotlight Lounge also hosts karaoke events.

At night, the pool transforms into the ship’s outdoor Seaside Theatre with Dive in Movies. The giant screen allows you to see a movie or sporting events from the comforts of a poolside lounge chair or even from the pool itself. Popular themes include Comedy, Action & Adventure and Date Night. They come with popcorn for everyone and blankets to snuggle up in.

The Hat Trick Casino is a large space with a vast array of glittering slot machines as well as a great variety of table games. There is a lively crowd at the casino at any given time and some staff members on hand to help teach beginners the ropes. Raffles, draws and tournaments take place daily.

The spa is a massive 22 700 square feet and spans across decks twelve, thirteen and fourteen. This makes it one relaxation venue well worth attending. You can go there for a whole range of treatments including hot-stone massages, acupuncture, body sculpting, and several types of facials. A good tip is to go here on port days as they run several specials when they’re not so busy.

Here, you can join a class or make use of their state-of-the-art machines, including ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, resistance machines and free weights. Kids and adults can slide down the Twister and Drainpipe waterslides, as well as enjoying the park’s racer slides and other water attractions, such as the kids splash zone. Keep in mind that there are height and weight restrictions for these fast-flowing rides.

Kids can enjoy a special onboard character parade, interactive story time, arts & crafts activities, character breakfast featuring their favourite Dr. Seuss friends and more.
At Camp Ocean, kids will have a blast in supervised, age-based groups and give each a cool marine-life label: Penguins (2 to 5 years), Stingrays (6 to 8 years) and Sharks (9 to 11 years). They also have specialised groups for tweens and teens with age appropriate activities.
