GTS Celebrity Summit is a Celebrity Cruises ship that was built in 2001 by the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in St. Nazaire, France. She was first launched as the Summit and was later renamed as the Celebrity Summit.

In 2012, Celebrity Summit was outfitted with Solstice-class features, and sixty brand new staterooms. She now weighs in at with 90 940 GT. The ship will be refurbished again in March 2019 with several changes taking place. For instance, the Cellar Masters will be transformed into a gastro bar and her Michael's Club will be converted into a Retreat Lounge for suite passengers.

Cosmopolitan Dining Room

This two-storey main dining room opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. It spans decks four and five and offers white glove service for up to 1 100 guests. It is a great spot to enjoy the picturesque views overlooking the ship's wake.

They also offer Celebrity Select Dining available in thirty-minute increments between 6 pm and 9:30 pm. You can either reserve your spot or simply show up to be served at a first come, first served basis. The dinner menu has 29 selections available, including Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Entrees and Desserts.

Qsine Dining Room

This is the Celebrity Summit's speciality reservation only dinner dining room. You will find it on deck eleven and it's opening times are from 6 pm to 10 pm. You can order your meal or a cocktail on their iPads which are provided. It is a great place to visit if you're a real foodie who really likes to try different dishes prepared in a new way or if you simply want to line your stomach while trying the several sophisticated cocktails on offer.

The Normandie Restaurant

This select French restaurant opens for dinner every night between 6 pm to 10 pm, and with seating for 114. You have to reserve a seat for this restaurant and only accept guests 12 years and up. It is beautifully decorated with the original walnut panelling from the SS Normandie ship.

It has Champagne high tea in the afternoon, which is well worth the cover charge. The restaurant serves a five-course dinner of American and French cuisine including Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Caviar, Entrees, Cheese and Desserts. Or you can opt for the slightly pricier Five Senses offer, which is a must for all foodies to try.
