Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity offer luxury accommodation whichever grade you choose. From the Deluxe Stateroom with window to the Crystal Penthouse with verandah, your comfort level onboard will be everything and more than you could ever have hoped for.
Each stateroom is spacious and modern, and features a seating area, queen-size bed or twin beds, ETRO bathrobes, slippers and bath amenities, twice daily turndown service flat screen TV and ample storage space. It’s your home-from-home during your cruise and your every need and wish will be attentively catered for throughout.
Guests enjoying one of the onboard suites, including the Seabreeze Penthouse Suite and Penthouse with verandah can enjoy all of the above amenities, plus a personal butler service, master bath with jacuzzi jets, bathroom TV, separate shower and in-suite dining arranged by your butler.
The Crystal Penthouse with verandah is the most luxurious suite onboard and the bathrooms offer stunning ocean views, living room with separate dining area, walk-in wardrobe, 24-hour butler service and so much more.
Crystal Esprit offers a selection of Yacht Suites, each with picture window and featuring a variety of features and amenities as standard, including butler service, King-size beds, ETRO bath amenities and a mini-bar.
The Owner’s Suite features all of the above but on a grander scale, with a large living and dining area, bedside iPad and stone flooring in the bathroom.
Full details are yet to be released, but all 100 suites aboard Crystal Endeavor will feature Crystal’s signature butler service and a private verandah. They will be some of the most spacious suite accommodations aboard any luxury expedition vessel.
With your cruise, you get plenty of extras included at no extra charge. All bookings with Crystal include complimentary beverages, a reservation to Osteria d' Ovidio, a reservation to Umi Uma, butler service and Wi-Fi access throughout the ship. You also get to enjoy a great selection of entertainment, restaurants and bars.
Gratuities are complimentary and cover tips for housekeeping, bar and dining staff onboard. If you’d like to offer tips for other services, this can be done at your discretion.
Your drinks are all included onboard Crystal Cruises! From premium spirits and wines to beers and soft drinks, you can even enjoy a wonderful selection of hot drinks whenever you want.
Casual clothing can be worn throughout the day up until 6pm. For women, this includes sundresses, elegant shorts and t-shirts, while men are encouraged to wear shorts, jeans and t-shirts.
There are then two evening dress codes depending on what type of restaurants and bars you’ll be in, or what the theme is. ‘Evening resort’ calls for guests to dress more refined. For men, the suggestions are shirts, collared polo shirts and smart trousers or jeans. Women can wear dresses, blouses and smart trousers, shorts or jeans. Meanwhile, Crystal’s ‘formal evening’ dress code means guests should be dressing to impress. Cocktail dresses, gowns and pantsuits for women, and suits, tuxedos and shirts for the men are in order on formal nights.
In your stateroom, you’ll find both 110-volt US and 220-volt European outlets. If you have any concerns about the compatibility of any appliances, simply ask your dedicated butler.
Those in specific staterooms will also benefit from free dry cleaning whenever they like.
Your phone can be used on Crystal Cruises to make and receive calls and texts. All you need to do is make sure roaming is turned on, check your international charges and tell your network provider that you’ll be travelling overseas.
All guests can access free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout your time onboard a Crystal Cruise ship.
Crystal operates a cashless system, so they don’t accept cash for any onboard payments. Instead all purchases will be charged to your onboard account which you’ll need to register a credit or debit card against.
The majority of areas onboard Crystal ships are non-smoking, including public rooms, staterooms and stateroom balconies. There are designated smoking areas throughout the ships, and guests should be aware that pipe and cigar smoking are only permitted in the Connoisseurs Club.
