Britannia Restaurant

Britannia Restaurant is home of deliciously imaginative menus, exceptional wines and impeccable service. Tables are fixed so you can sit at the same table with the same tablemates each day, if you wish.

Britannia Club Restaurant shares its menu with Britannia but offers flexible dining times in a more intimate environment.

Golden Lion Pub

A great complimentary venue for lunch, the Golden Lion Pub offers five or six lunch options between 12:30 and 2:30 pm. Here you can enjoy the best fish and chips you've ever had or go for a premium ploughman's lunch. Other menu items include mussels, Norfolk duckling drumsticks, mac 'n' cheese, tandoori spiced Dorset lamb shank, burgers, squid and Scotch eggs.

Queen's Room

If anything perfectly encapsulates Cunard's service and sense of occasion, it is their prized daily ritual: Afternoon Tea, served by white-gloved waiters from 3.30 to 4.30pm every day in the Queens Room. Indulgent finger sandwiches, scones and pastries accompany Twining's fine leaf teas, as the orchestra provides a melodic backdrop.

The Lido

This informal dining area with a 24-hour buffet selection offer a wide variety of food offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Staying true to Queen Victoria's British roots, the buffet maintains a selection of foods and condiments popular with Brits, everything from HP Sauce to English mustard, Marmite and breakfast cereals like Alpen.

Between 6:30pm and 9 pm, part of Lido buffet is transformed into a specialty dining venue. They have a different theme for every night of the week, including Mexican, Italian, Pan-Asian, Indian, Smokehouse etc. Each individual menu also features a tailored selection of drinks

Princess Grill

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available for suite passengers. Lunch options include a selection of low-calorie dishes as well as regular options and desserts. Typical dishes include grilled pork cutlet with horseradish mash or a pasta dish with arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and a chicken sauce. There are no set dining times for dinner, so you can show up any time 6:30 pm and 9 pm to be seated at your reserved table. Expect dishes such as Dover sole, lobster Thermidor and chateaubriand to be on the menu.

Queens Grill Restaurant

This is the exclusive dining venue of Queens Suite passengers. It probably has some the best views on the ship because of the windows spanning the entire length of the dining room. Waterford crystal, Wedgwood bone china, sterling silverware and Fili d'Oro Italian premium linens complete the scene. The Queens Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with assigned tables at all meals. The dinners here are truly five star, starting with appetisers such as seafood bisque and sevruga caviar. It has a huge a la carte menu - essentially, you can have what you like.

The Verandah

Enjoy the feel of a Michelin-Starred restaurant at The Verandah due to the restaurant's chefs who pack serious culinary flair into every dish. The Verandah serves dinner from 6:30 pm to 9 pm. The venue also serves the occasional 'Enhanced Afternoon Tea' for a fee, where you get to enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV or Rose Brut Champagne with your selection of gourmet cakes and sandwiches, as well as tea and coffee.

Chart Room

During the recent refit, Cafe Carinthia and the Champagne Bar were combined to form this coffee shop and bar. At one end you can enjoy high quality coffee and pastries or head to the other side where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of Champagne and the backdrop of live music.

Queens Room

Queens Room

In the style of a grand ballroom in a large country house, this magnificent and ornate double storey room is designed for cocktail parties, dancing and afternoon tea accompanied by a harpist or string quartet. It has an impressive 1000-square-foot dance floor and offers ballroom or Latin dancing every night.

Their Gala Balls are highly anticipated occasions and they’re the reason you’ve packed your finest dinner jackets and ballgowns, ready to sweep around the Queens Room. An eight-piece orchestra sets the tempo to an evening of dancing and every event has a glamorous theme, from the traditional Black & White Ball and Masquerade Ball, to a Roaring Twenties Ball and a hat-focused Ascot Ball.

Winter Garden

Winter Garden

The Winter Garden was modelled on London's Kew Gardens and comes complete with a fountain and a retractable glass roof. It's indoor/outdoor area gives the feel of a grand conservatory and a moveable glass wall opens out to an open-air swimming pool in sunny weather. Definitely worth a visit.

Hemispheres is the most contemporary area on the ship, featuring plenty of activities during the day and transforming into a night club from 9:30 pm onwards. The venue offers incredible panoramic views thanks to its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Cocktail aficionados will find a comprehensive martini menu here, along with other popular cocktails.

The ship's observation lounge is just as popular for a morning coffee or daytime beverage as it is an evening cocktail. Highlights include murals of past Cunard liners and two ship models at the entrance. Live music plays from late afternoon through early evening.

Royal Court Theatre

The ship's main three tier Royal Court Theatre on Deck 3 was designed to emulate the grandeur and luxury of the spectacular designs of architect Frank Matcham. At night, you can watch the resident Royal Court Singers & Dancers stage dazzling West-End style productions or abridged Shakespeare performances. They've also hand-picked a talented line-up of vocalists and instrumentalists, aerial performers and illusionists, stand-up comedians and variety entertainers.

If you are interested in nautical history, you can check out the Cunardia museum on deck two. This beautifully decorated room exhibits memorabilia and artefacts telling the story of the Cunard ships, also known as the Queens.

This intimate European-style casino is located on deck two. It features an array of glittering slot machines as well as gaming tables for roulette, poker and more. It is open 24 hours a day and they have slots happy hours where you can enjoy complimentary drinks while playing.

On deck ten, guests can enjoy paddle tennis, deck quoits and shuffleboard. There is also a ping pong table on deck nine, just outside the spa area. On sea days, guests are spoiled for choice with lots of activities, including beginners' bridge classes, golf-putting tournaments, whist, bingo and lectures.

The well-equipped Fitness Centre is located forward of the spa's hydro-pool area, featuring Technogym exercise bicycles, running machines, Nordic trainers, a range of Precor gym equipment, free weights, spinning bicycles, an exercise floor and mats are available for guest use. Work on your posture and strength with Pilates, yoga or tai chi. It’s easy to raise the pace by joining in aerobics and spinning classes, boot camps or even personal training sessions.

Children of all ages are welcome on the Queen Victoria and its dedicated clubs offering age appropriate activities and entertainment. These include arts and crafts, sporting activities, play areas, computer games and much more. They can make friends with other children at The Play Zone, for two- to seven-year-olds, and The Zone which is ideal for eight- to 17-year-olds. The ship's youth staff will supervise children, organise events, activities and competitions, and even excursions to the theatre or cinema on board.
