The Marina, and her sister Riviera, which debuted in May 2012, are the most beautiful, elegant and sophisticated ships to debut in the past 50 years. Designer touches are everywhere, from the magnificent Lalique Grand Staircase and stunning Owner's Suites furnished in Ralph Lauren Home, they are showcases of the finest residential design and furnishings. More than anything, Marina and Riviera personify the Oceania Cruises experience.

Comfortably mid-size, Marina and Riviera retain the same warmth and charm of their acclaimed consorts Regatta, Insignia and Nautica. While the country club casual ambiance and level of personalized service remain the same, they offer even more choice and some enticing new amenities. As the first ships designed for lovers of fine dining and travel experiences, Marina and Riviera offer guests multiple dining venues, of which six are open-seating gourmet restaurants with no surcharge. La Reserve by Wine Spectator offers enlightening wine and food pairings. The new Bon Appetit Culinary Centre is the only hands-on cooking school at sea. Similarly, artists-in-residence teach fine arts in Artists Loft, a new enrichment centre. For speciality coffees and snacks, there is Baristas Coffee Bar. Accommodations in every category are incredibly spacious, especially with regard to the lavish bathrooms.

Yet remarkably, with so many additions, the onboard ambiance and experience remains comfortably familiar. Oceania have retained everything guests adore about the ships and raised the bar ever higher.

The Grand Dining Room

As the grande dame of Oceania Cruises' culinary realm, The Grand Dining Room invites guests to a leisurely dining experience in an ambiance as lofty as the cuisine it serves. Always featuring Jacques Pepin's signature delights and a variety of delicious Continental dishes, the marquee restaurant now offers even more exciting choices, including Aquamar Vitality Cuisine and a diverse spectrum of global flavours. With daily-changing menus, the all-new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu promises multiple courses of the chef's most divine creations, enhancing the culinary journey for every discerning palate.

Polo Grill

Polo Grill epitomizes the essence of a classic steakhouse, paying homage to tradition with timeless elegance. The decor features crisp, white linen tablecloths, dark wood furnishings, and supple, high-back, burgundy leather chairs, reflecting a mindful nod to classic aesthetics. Each course, particularly the beef dishes, stands as the epitome of time-honoured favourites, showcasing certified Black Angus USDA Prime cuts dry-aged to perfection for enhanced tenderness and flavour. Classic seafood offerings, such as grilled swordfish and whole Maine lobster gratinee, further contribute to the culinary excellence. The preparation of the classic Caesar salad, completed tableside with gusto, adds a final touch of tradition to the dining experience.

Toscana

Toscana, meaning Tuscan, embodies the essence of Tuscan cuisine, rooted in rich family traditions. Many recipes trace their origins to the mothers and grandmothers of their Italian culinary staff. Presented on elegant, custom-designed Versace china, the masterfully prepared dishes celebrate Italy's culinary passion. Begin the evening with options like octopus carpaccio with Champagne vinaigrette or artichoke and parmesan cheese timbale with black truffle sauce. Classic dishes from other regions of Northern Italy, such as minestrone alla Genovese, lasagna alforno alla Bolognese, and osso buco alla Milanese, are also featured, creating a culinary journey that captures the heart of Italian flavours.

Jacques

Exquisitely adorned with heirloom antiques, pickled wood furnishings, and art from Jacques Pepin's personal collection, Jacques mirrors the charm of a Parisian bistro. The ambiance is comfortably eclectic, capturing the essence of French sophistication, complemented by cosmopolitan and warmly embraceable cuisine.
