The Colonnade

The Colonnade, Seabourn's casual indoor/outdoor dining alternative, offers a diverse culinary experience. Guests can indulge in lavish buffets or opt for table service during breakfast and lunch, while regionally themed, bistro-style dinners are served nightly. The open kitchen adds to the interactive atmosphere. Special theme nights feature Chef Thomas Keller-influenced dinners, celebrating classic comfort dishes like Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs, served family-style on platters. This creates a relaxed, fun, and communal dining experience, inviting guests to share in the spirit of togetherness. Reservations for Chef Keller's menu are available once onboard.

Every evening, the skilled Earth & Ocean chefs curate a delightful and imaginative array of fresh, inventive dishes. This sophisticated menu celebrates eclectic traditional flavours from around the world. Guests can enjoy this distinctive dining experience in a relaxed setting under the stars, creating a unique and memorable culinary journey unmatched by any other on board.

The Grill by Thomas Keller

The Grill by Thomas Keller is an exclusive culinary concept for Seabourn, created in collaboration with renowned Chef Thomas Keller. Guests entering the elegant dining room can enjoy table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes, along with a variety of steakhouse favourites such as Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented à la carte. The menu emphasizes the use of fresh ingredients from artisan purveyors, and a curated cocktail program and wine list featuring domestic and old-world labels complement the dining experience. For booked guests, dining reservations can be requested online before sailing, with online reservations closing 15 days prior to departure. Due to high demand, it is recommended to make online reservations, although onboard reservations are also accepted, limited to one reservation per voyage.

In-Suite Dining

Seabourn offers a diverse menu for in-suite dining around the clock, providing guests with the flexibility to enjoy a variety of dishes in the comfort of their suites. In addition to the in-suite menu, guests have the option to order dinner from The Restaurant menu, with the meal served course by course in their suite or on the veranda. This personalized dining experience allows guests to savour exquisite meals in the privacy of their accommodations.

Chef Anton Egger

Chef Anton "Tony" Egger, hailing from a family of Austrian restaurateurs, cultivated a farm-to-table ethos from a young age. Graduating from a Culinary Arts program in Salzburg, Austria, he garnered experience in esteemed establishments across Austria, Switzerland, France, and Asia. Through his consulting firm, CULPLUS.COM, Chef Egger collaborated with the cruise industry, opening restaurants in Singapore and Bangkok, designing culinary programs globally, and participating in culinary events alongside Michelin-starred chefs. His expertise enriches Seabourn's culinary offerings, contributing to the line's renowned dining experiences.
