The Colonnade, Seabourn's inviting indoor/outdoor dining venue, offers a more relaxed dining experience with an open kitchen, sumptuous buffets or table service for breakfast and lunch, and regionally themed bistro-style dinners served with nightly table service. The restaurant features special theme nights, including Chef Thomas Keller-influenced dinners inspired by his American roots. Guests can enjoy family-style servings of classic comfort dishes like Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs, fostering a convivial atmosphere of shared enjoyment and relaxation. Reservations for Chef Keller-influenced menus at The Colonnade can be made once onboard.

The Grill by Thomas Keller, an exclusive culinary concept for Seabourn, offers guests a unique dining experience. The elegant dining room features table-side preparations of classic dishes such as Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes, along with steakhouse favourites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented a la carte. The menu highlights the freshest products from artisan purveyors, and a carefully curated cocktail program and wine list complement the dining experience. For booked guests, dining reservations for The Grill by Thomas Keller can be requested online before sailing, with online reservations recommended due to high demand. Guests are permitted one reservation per voyage.

Chef Anton Egger

Chef Anton "Tony" Egger, born into a family of Austrian restaurateurs, cultivated his culinary skills in an environment grounded in a farm-to-table ethic. After earning a bachelor's degree in a Culinary Arts program in Salzburg, Austria, he gained experience in prestigious establishments across Austria, Switzerland, France, and Asia. Chef Egger, with his consulting firm CULPLUS.COM, collaborated with the cruise industry, opening restaurants in Singapore and Bangkok, designing culinary concepts and training programs in Asia and Europe. He also participated in culinary events worldwide alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs, showcasing his expertise and passion for the culinary arts.
