Chef Anton "Tony" Egger, hailing from a family of Austrian restaurateurs, was raised with a farm-to-table ethic. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Salzburg, Austria, he garnered experience in prestigious establishments across Austria, Switzerland, France, and Asia.
