Seabourn's ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship Seabourn Venture, paying tribute to the remote destinations visited by the brand's highly successful expedition and Ventures by Seabourn excursion programs and the fascinating places yet to be explored in the future.

Seabourn Venture is scheduled to launch in June 2021, with a second yet-to-be-named sister ship slated to launch in May 2022. Both ships will be designed and built for diverse environments to PC6 Polar Class standards and will include a plethora of modern hardware and technology that will extend the ships global deployment and capabilities. The new ships, which are being built by T. Mariotti, will be a brand new innovative design, created specifically for the ultra-luxury expedition traveler, and will include many features that have made Seabourn ships so successful.

A new and exciting offering will be two custom-built submarines carried onboard, providing an unforgettable view of the world beneath the ocean's surface. The ships will also be designed to carry a complement of double sea kayaks, mountain bikes and ebikes as well as 24 Zodiacs that can accommodate all onboard guests at once, which will allow for a truly immersive experience. Each ship will feature 132 all veranda, all ocean-front suites.

The Grill by Thomas Keller

In The Grill by Thomas Keller, a distinctive culinary concept exclusive to Seabourn, guests are welcomed into an elegant dining room where table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes enhance the dining experience. The a la carte menu features steakhouse favourites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, drawing inspiration from the freshest products sourced from artisan purveyors. Complementing the timeless menu is a carefully curated cocktail program and wine list, showcasing domestic and old-world labels. For booked guests, dining reservations can be requested online before sailing, subject to availability, with online reservations closing 15 days prior to sailing. Due to high demand, it is recommended to make online reservations, although onboard reservations are also accepted, with one reservation permitted per voyage.

The Colonnade

The Colonnade, Seabourn's laid-back indoor/outdoor dining alternative, offers a casual setting with an open kitchen, lavish buffets, or table service for breakfast and lunch. Each night, indulge in regionally themed, bistro-style dinners with table service. Special theme nights at The Colonnade feature Chef Keller-influenced dinners, paying homage to his American childhood. Enjoy family-style servings of his interpretations of classic comfort dishes like Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs, fostering a spirit of togetherness and fun. Reservations for the Chef Thomas Keller-influenced menu in The Colonnade can be made once onboard.

Under the evening stars, the talented Earth & Ocean chefs craft an imaginative array of fresh, inventive dishes. This sophisticated menu celebrates eclectic traditional flavours from around the world, providing a distinctive dining experience aboard, set in a relaxed ambiance.

Seabourn takes pleasure in providing a diverse menu available 24/7 for in-suite service. Guests also have the option to order dinner from The Restaurant menu, enjoying a course-by-course meal served in the comfort of their suite or on their veranda.

The Patio

Experience laid-back poolside dining at The Patio, where luncheon buffets, salads, soups, grilled specialties, and freshly baked pizza are on offer. The evenings present a full menu in a delightful alfresco setting. Exclusive to Seabourn, Chef Keller has crafted a signature Napa burger and an artisanal hot dog named the Yountwurst, paying homage to the hometowns of The French Laundry, Ad Hoc, and the original Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery.

The Restaurant

Seabourn revolutionized cruise dining with its innovative open-seating concept, a departure from traditional norms. Caviar in the Surf

Seabourn's signature event, the "Caviar in the Surf" beach barbecue, stands out as one of the most beloved among guests. Uniformed staff members make a splash, inviting guests to wade into the water for iced champagne and caviar served at a surfboard bar. This extravagant affair features a lavish barbecue lunch, water sports, music, and ample time to bask in the sun on a pristine white-sandy beach.

Seabourn Square

Seabourn Square is the heart of social interaction on the ships, designed as an open and inviting "living room" where guests engage with officers, the expedition team, and fellow travellers. This charming space features a European-style coffee bar, where skilled baristas prepare a variety of coffee using beans roasted in Seabourn Square. Guests can enjoy freshly made pastries, on-the-go breakfast items, and a selection of light sandwiches and desserts. The adjacent library offers a diverse collection of books on topics like adventure and expeditions. Solis, Seabourn's culinary gem, offers a delightful experience with its light and modern Mediterranean cuisine, prepared entirely from scratch. Developed in collaboration with esteemed partners, Master Chef Anton Egger and Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein, Solis presents a vibrant and chic atmosphere, complemented by feel-good background music. The menu, bursting with colour and character, is a testament to the chefs' expertise. Beyond culinary delights, Solis introduces a refined vintage cocktail menu crafted by Seabourn's talented mixologists, featuring classic cocktails like Kir Royale and Aperol Spritz. An evening at Solis promises a sophisticated experience, creating lasting Seabourn Moments for guests.

Chef Anton Egger

Chef Anton "Tony" Egger, born into a family of Austrian restaurateurs, cultivated his culinary passion in an environment rooted in farm-to-table ethics. After earning a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts in Salzburg, Austria, he gained valuable experience in prestigious establishments across Austria, Switzerland, France, and Asia. Chef Egger, renowned for collaborating with the cruise industry through his consulting firm CULPLUS.COM, has contributed to culinary ventures worldwide.
