If your Cruise Nation holiday includes Jet2 Airlines scheduled flight, we will issue your e-tickets approximately 14 days prior to travel, these tickets will need to be printed by you and presented at the airport to the Jet2 check in desk where you will then be provided with your boarding passes. Online check-in is available between 24 hours and 90 minutes before your flight's departure time. Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.

ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION

Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.

Jet2 may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.

It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation or Jet2 cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.

HOW DO I PROVIDE MY API DATA?

Please go to the website www.jet2.com. Click on “Manage my booking”, enter your Jet2 booking reference and surname underneath “Manage my booking/Check-in online” and then click on “Find booking”.

On the next page, click on “Check-in online” in the yellow icon, select all passengers then click on “Check-in flight”. This is where you will enter each passengers API data, once this is complete click on “Save and continue” to submit the details.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE PROVIDED MY API BY?

Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than 21 days prior to travel. Jet2 accept data from the moment that your booking has been made through us.

Please note failure to present your valid boarding pass at the airport will result in you having to pay an additional charge on departure.

PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION SERVICE

Here at Cruise Nation we offer a service to update and complete all necessary Advance Passenger Information for the airline and cruise line you are travelling with for your holiday. We will then print and post all your necessary information to you, so you don’t need to worry about a thing. If you would like to use this service, you can email us at reservations@cruisenation.com with your contact number and we will call you back to gather the necessary information.
